Delivery

• We offer secure and fast shipping to anywhere in Australia and select International countries.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. This excludes special orders, weekends & public holidays and any other period specified by Auto Parts Guys in our product descriptions.
• Where possible items will be combined into one order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
• You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye on it for any updates as your order makes its way to you.
• We use multiple couriers depending on item weight and location, please advise if you wish to use a select courier so we can provide a quote. The couriers we use are as follows, Australia Post, Toll, Direct Freight, Couriers Please and Aramex.

Special Orders

Special order items may take up to 5 business days to arrive in store. This will delay Click & Collects along with your order being dispatched for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email and phone call once your order is ready for collection or delivery.

We offer free delivery / shipping on orders over the value of $150, excluding the cost of freight and excluding bulky items*.
